The ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the ushering in of new beginnings. Ms. Prachi Sharma, student BA LLB 8thsemester, delivered the welcome address, extending warm greetings to all attendees and set the tone for the evening.
Adding to the significance of the occasion, Th. Gulchain Singh Charak, former Minister of Education, J&K State and ChairmanDogra Educational Trust, graced the event with his presence and shared his insightful remarks in his presidential remarks.
