Youth Wing of Shiv Sena Hindustan J&KUT, led by President Ganesh Chaudhary today demonstrated against the Bishnah Municipality regarding the poor condition of the road from the town’s main market Tara Chowk to Mata Ka Mandir. Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Chaudhary said that the road of the main market has been in a bad condition for the last several years due to which shopkeepers, passers-by and people coming for shopping are facing problems.
Ganesh Choudhary said that when it rains, water accumulates in the potholes in the road due to which people fall and get injured. He said that due to lack of proper drainage system in the market, rain water enters inside the shops due to which the shopkeepers face serious losses. The valuable goods get spoiled and the shopkeepers have to suffer loss. Ganesh Choudhary said that the Municipality should start development work in the market in collaboration with the local shopkeepers. Along with this, he warned the Municipality that if the problem is not resolved within a few days, Shiv Sena Hindustan will gherao the Bishnah Municipality office.
