Shiv Sena Hindustan Youth Wing J&K President Ganesh Choudhary today hailed the first visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jammu after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution and thanked the Prime Minister on behalf of his party, stating that the visit also comes at a time when the Prime Minister was involved in the “Pranpratishtha” of Ram Lalla temple at Ayodhya after the decision of the Supreme Court of India paved the way for the resolution of the long-standing issue.
“The slogan of the PM- ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ is bearing fruit,” he said. Ganesh added that this was visible in J&K during his visit where he inaugurated projects worth thousands of crores of rupees that have seen their operationalization in the recent times.
“These projects include the AIIMS, IIT, IIM several roads and road segments, road bridges, railway and power sector infrastructure. Foundation stone for a modern and state-of-the-art petroleum terminal at Bajalta laid by the PM that will ensure year-long and hassle-free availability of petroleum products for the people of the Union Territory,” he said.
Ganesh said that the UT of J&K is the only place in India where every citizen is provided with the “Ayushmaan Bharat Card,” thus enabling its people to avail the best medical facilities as per their requirement. For this, the people of J&K shall always remain thankful to the PM.
Ganesh said that under the PM’s leadership several steps have been taken for the upliftment of the hitherto forgotten people be they the refugees from 1947, reservation for the Paharis & other tribals & reservation of seats in the legislature & PRIs for women. These steps, he said, are going to substantially improve the condition of the people of J&K & will have an everlasting positive impact on the political, social & economic well-being of J&K for which the initiatives of the PM & his government will always be remembered.
