The Department of Sanskrit, Government College for Women Parade Ground organized a cultural programme to mark the celebration of Basant Panchmi.
The program’s schedule encompassed a variety of enlightening and spiritual activities, including Vedic mantras Chanting, the invocation of light with sacred mantras, a soulful Welcome Song, Shiv-Parvati vivah, Radha-Krishan dance, Bhangra, Giddah etc.
On the occasion, Worthy Principal Dr. S.P Sarswat congratulated all the staff and students of the Sanskrit Department and emphasized the importance of the Festival.
Dr. Mamta Sharma HoD, Sanskrit Presented a welcome address and Dr. Surinder Kumar presented a vote of thanks.
