An International value Education Seminar on Promoting Peace for making Bharat Sustainable Developed & Strong”, followed by Award ceremony was organized in a befitting manner by The American University, USA ( AUGP) and UN University for Global Peace (UNUGP) in Jammu, at Writers Bhavan, Abhinav Theatre.
The World renowned eminent Scientist His Eminence Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan was the Chief Guest & delivered the Key note address and Prof. Dr. Kulbhushan Mothra presided over the program.
Other important VIP speakers were Maj General Goverdhan Singh Jamwal (Retd) Group Captain Kamal Singh oberh (Rtd.), Brigadier Dr. Vijay Sagar Dheman (Retd.) etc.
Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan The Chairman cum Chief Rector Of The American University also conferred Doctorate (Honoris Causa) Degree to some selected Nation Builders such as Prof Dr Kulbhushan Mohtra, Dr Romesh Khajuria, Dr Abhijeet Jasrotia, Dr Ms Pryanka Vaid, Dr Vijay Saraf, Dr Parneesh Mahajan and also “Nation Nirman Award” to Padmashree Awardees Shiv Dutt Nirmohi, Mohan Singh Salathia, Ramalo Ram & Certificate of appreciation to Awtar Bhatt, Hira lal Bhatt, Rajeshwar Singh Raju, Brij Mohan, Eng Dilbhadur Singh, eng T K Sharma etc.
Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan also informed that more than 30000 Peace builders every Year Worldwide are being produced by his USA based University The main peace mission of AUGP is To Build a transformed Civilization of “Peace Loving ,Peace Living ,Peace Practicing worldwide With continues efforts to transform the global civil society to STOP WAR Drugs, Terrorisim , Human Trafficking He proudly announced that
The name of Hon’ble Naredra Modi is nominated for Shri Shri Atal Bihai Vajpai Noble Peace Award from his USA based The AMERICAN UNIVERSITY, having branches in more than 120 Countries.
Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan also announced that a mega event of “ART FOR PEACE” will be organized soon in the Boarder of Indo- POK as well as Indo- China where a Live Painting of more than One Kilometer will be done from the selected renowned artists around the World including Folk Dance & music from Jammu, Kashmir & many other parts of the World.
NCC cadets gave the Guard Of Honour to Chief Guests & Guests of Honour. Cadets were also honoured with medals and Certificate of Excellence from The American University USA

The new book with title “THE UNTOLD STORY OF TERRORISM & PROXY WAR” authored by Prof Dr Kulbhushan Mohtra was graciously released by Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan jointly with Maj General Goverdhan Singh Jamwal, Group Captain Kamal Singh Oberh (Retd) etc.
