The anti encroachment drive initiated by J&K Administration especially in Jammu city Area like Raghunath bazaar,Super bazaars & Purani Mandi is so called a good step by the part of the government but it is somewhere also causing a unemployment and job free youths and shopkeepers, vendors & also creating penic in the sellers & Commuters
Adv.Suresh Dogra said that the Anti encroachment drive started by the district Jammu Administration led by Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu is not reasonable & justified somewhere but not everywhere.The encroachment means the illegal occupation of land,bazaars and houses but it doesn’t means making end of the earning of a poor person who by making best efforts runs his house,it is especially seen in the crowed area of City,where the belonging of the shopkeeper and vendors were lifted by the direction of the ADC Jammu which created a panic in the market. Adv.Suresh Dogra said When government is unable to creating jobs and other employment what will the poor educated youth as well as other jobless persons do the educated youth are compelled to do these petty business like stalls on the road sides and become vendors.
The Congress leader Adv Suresh Dogra further added that the Union Government as well as J&K Administration is only busy in polarization on the name of the religion and castes and no attention is being paid on the fate of the youth of India especially the youth of J&K.if the working youth are stopped to work on the name of anti encroachment drive then make the other way of employment or otherwise let them do these small works
