Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj honors Avtar Singh Sarpanch

Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj a Social Volunteer Organisation working to promote education, environment, health and nationhood among the general masses and students community in particular by organising different kind of activities under the guidance of Col (Retd) R K Sharma-Chairman. S Daljeet Singh-President ABS alongwith Ex ASI Mohinder Kumar Raina, Sh Jatinder Ranyal (Jitti) and Pt Chaman Lal Sharma honoured S Avtar Singh, Sarpanch Chatha Panchayat recently awarded by Sh Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lt Governor Jammu and Kashmir UT for Swachh Panchayat in the State.
On the occasion S Daljeet Singh apprised the members and praised hardworking, dedicated, devoted and dynamic Sarpanch for his restless efforts towards all round development of the area including development of Sports Stadium at Government Higher Secondary School, Bhour Camp (Jammu), Passenger Sheds, Seating Benches, Washroom at Matador Stand, Roads, Link Roads, Plantation drives, awareness among the general masses about beneficial schemes launched by Central / State governments, Swachhata Abhiyaan, back to village programmes, distribution of Sewing machines to the needy, Kits and Tools to the farmers, social services during COVID-19, etc.
He was honoured by different government agencies at Block, District and State level by BDO, DC Jammu, Social Welfare Department and Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir for his best services in the Panchayat. His services were recognised and tagged as ‘Paanch Saal Be-misaal’ by the people of the area.
