Today Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) programme was organized at Seri Panditan Block Bhalwal in Nagrota Assembly Constituency in which Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu was the Chief Guest.People of Panchayat Seri Panditan warmly welcomed Member of parliament on reaching panchayat Seri Pandita.Jugal Kishore and Party Workers along with the public garlanded Modi ki Guarantee wali gadi on reaching panchayat Seri panditan.
Tehsildar Ashok Chakarbarty,Ex-Sarpanches,Panches, officials from various departments,including Agriculture, Rural Development Dept., Health, Social Welfare,CA & PD and representatives from various other departments actively participated in the event.
Member of Parliament visited the stalls organized by various departments and took stock of registration of people who left out to avail the benefit of Central Government Schemes.The interacted with the officials of various departments present at the stalls and directed them to reach out the citizens in maximum numbers & disseminate information and foster awareness about the government-sponsored public-centric schemes and register them who are eligible to get benefit under various welfare schemes .Officials from various departments including agriculture, horticulture, ICDS, Health, Social Welfare etc. held interactive sessions with the locals wherein they were informed about the procedures to avail the benefits of welfare schemes.
Member of Parliament while addressing the gathering narrated about the goal of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and underlined its mission.He said that Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji is working on the agenda of “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas aur Sabka Vishwaas” and took this important step to start VBSY to register every person who leftout without taking the benefit of Modi Welfare Schemes.He said that this Yatra is working on the theme of “Sarkaar Apke Dwaar” and its motto is to reach every man standing last in the que & to register who is leftout without the benefit of Modi Welfare Schemes. During the programme,officials of the Health Dept. also done health checkups and informed about the healthcare schemes. District President BJP Omi Khajuria,mandal President ashok Kerni,Ex-sarpanches Kuldeep singh,nasib singh Langeh,Narinder Singh,senior BJP Leaders Mool Raj,Ashok Bhagat,Amit Singh,Vaishno Devi,Mohd. Yusuf and others were also present at the occasion.
