Addressing the monthly meeting of Jammu and Kashmir BJP SC Morcha at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, its state president Neelam Langeh, stressed upon the morcha leaders to educate the members of the community about numerous welfare schemes of Narendra Modi government. He said that during the last about ten years, BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has launched dozens of welfare schemes for every section and many of them have benefitted the SCs across the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir, like other parts of the country.
Neelam Langeh, who reviewed the ongoing programmes of the morcha and discussed the future programmes in this meeting, along with Morcha Prabhari Jagdish Bhagat, Seh Prabhari Jeet Ngral, former VC Balbir Ram Rattan and DDC member Dharminder Kumar, said that the socio-economic status of the scheduled castes have improved a lot now.
The SC Morcha President said that the Modi government has taken care of every region and every section of the society in its schemes and the SCs too have got fair share in the programmes and policies of this government, which is going to complete ten years soon and this period will go into the chapters of the history as golden period of the country.
Jagdish Bhagat, will speaking in the meeting, shared details of a number of activities being successfully conducted in different areas of Jammu province and said that the members of the community are attending Booth Jan Samvad, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and other programmes in large numbers, which show their resolve to stand with BJP and strengthen it.
Jeet Angral informed about the welfare schemes run by different departments of the government in Jammu and Kashmir and asked the morcha leaders to identify the people of the SC community who have been left and help them to apply registered as beneficiary of the scheme of their choice. Dharminder Kumar said that the SCs in rural areas are availing the benefits of Modi government schemes and have developed faith in the leadership of the BJP.
Morcha office bearers, district presidents were prominent among those attending the meeting.
