The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a nationwide outreach initiative by the Government of India, was successfully conducted in the urban area of Ramgarh Tehsil, and Panchayats Palli and Kartholi within Block Bari Brahmana today.
The Yatra aims to enlighten and empower citizens about various flagship schemes and programs launched by the Government, such as Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and more. The Yatra also strives for 100% saturation of these welfare initiatives, ensuring that no eligible beneficiary is left out.
The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of people from all walks of life, who warmly embraced the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van that visited their areas. The residents actively engaged in various activities, such as quizzes, games, and interactive sessions, that enhanced their awareness and understanding of the Government’s schemes and services. They also attentively listened to Hon’ble PM Modi’s message, in which he urged them to join hands in the mission of building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
The participants enthusiastically took the Sankalp pledge, dedicating themselves to the vision of a developed and prosperous India. The event also provided a platform for the beneficiaries of the Government’s schemes to share their success stories through the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” initiative. They highlighted the tangible benefits and positive impacts that they have experienced in their lives, such as improved health, enhanced income, better education, and increased dignity. Their testimonies inspired and motivated others to avail the benefits of the schemes and become agents of change in their communities.
Adding to the festive ambiance of the event were cultural performances by students from local schools, who showcased their talents and creativity through songs, dances, skits, and poems. The event also offered on-site services to the attendees, such as health camps, eye check-ups, Aadhaar enrollment, bank account opening, and gas connection registration.
The event was graced by the presence of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) representatives, who spoke on the occasion and appreciated the Government’s efforts in reaching out to the people and addressing their needs and aspirations.
The event garnered widespread acclaim and positive feedback from all segments of society, reflecting its resounding success. The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has not only created a wave of awareness and empowerment among the citizens, but also instilled a sense of pride and confidence in them, as they look forward to a brighter and better future for themselves and the Nation.
