Priya Sethi, National Executive Member of Bharatiya Janata Party and former Minister today exuded confidence that the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra will prove to be immensely motivational for the people to benefit from various welfare schemes designed to ensure their welfare and economic upliftment by the ruling government at the Centre. She said the people must ensure that no one is left out and the last man in the line is also benefitted as per the wish of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. The former minister was speaking while interacting with people at Akhnoor as a part of ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. On the occasion, Manmohan Singh, Viksit Bharat In-charge; Bikram Singh, State Border Cell Co-Incharge; DDC member Bushan Bral, BDC Chairperson Neha Rajput, Anita Gandotara Vice President Mahila Morcha, Anu Manhas State social media incharge, Sarpanch-Bablu Sharma, Vijay Kumar, Dimpal Sharma, Pardeep Choudhary and Raj Kumar.
Priya Sethi said that the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, spearheaded by the BJP, aims to create awareness and promote active participation in the welfare schemes introduced by the government. She expressed optimism that the Yatra will not only inform the public about the various schemes but will also inspire them to actively engage and take advantage of the opportunities available for their well-being. “The Yatra will go a long way in achieving the objectives, enabling the nation to be a developed country by the year 2047,” she said, urging the people to take a pledge to take the campaign to its logical conclusion by being part of it. She said the nation is traversing towards faster progress and prosperity as per vision of the prime minister and the day is not far when dreams of common people come true.
“Peoples’ participation is essence of vibrant democracy which is gaining momentum for the past nearly one decade,” she said while asserting that the BJP is committed to participatory democracy and believes in public involvement in decision-making processes as integral to the democratic fabric.
The senior BJP leader hoped that on-the-spot camps like PM Svanidhi Camp, Health Camp, Ayushman Card camp, Aadhar updation camp, PM Ujjwala camp, part of the campaign would ease and facilitate targeted segments of the society in a big way. She lauded the government agencies for making elaborate arrangements to make the Yatra successful, and wished them best in all their endeavours. Priya Sethi reiterated the Party’s commitment to the welfare and economic upliftment of all citizens. She called upon the people to join hands in the journey towards a developed and prosperous Bharat envisioned by the BJP.
