Continuing its journey through key locations in Ramban district, the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra achieved another milestone on Monday. Led by Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Choudhary, the Yatra garnered active participation from key officials, including PO ICDS Ramban Jahangir Hashmi, SDM Banihal Zaheer Abbas Bhat, and Tehsildar Banihal along with other key officials.
Addressing the audience at Nowgam, PO ICDS Ramban, Jahangir Hashmi, highlighted the profound impact of centrally sponsored schemes aligned with the Prime Minister’s initiatives. He shared the inclusive vision of DC Ramban, encompassing education, health, connectivity, electricity, and livelihood. Their commitment to 24X7 accessibility resonates with DC Ramban’s directive to reach every corner of the district.
Under the overall leadership of DC Ramban, the district administration actively reaches out to common people at their doorsteps. The Yatra serves as a platform to create widespread awareness about crucial government schemes benefiting citizens, including Ayushman Bharat, Poshan Abhiyaan, KCC, PM Kissan Nidhi, and more.
`During the Yatra, PO ICDS and SDM Banihal inspected stalls, interacted with frontline officials, and conducted on-spot reviews of service delivery. Engaging with students and local residents, they gathered valuable feedback, reinforcing the collaborative determination to propel the nation towards a developed and empowered future envisioned by the Viksit Bharat initiative.
The IEC Van’s journey witnessed enthusiastic participation from the community, including prominent individuals and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). An integral part of this engagement was the ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani’ session, where existing beneficiaries shared detailed experiences.
This interactive platform encouraged and enlightened the masses, fostering a deeper understanding and widespread utilization of these beneficiary-centric schemes.
