The Government College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) Jammu in collaboration with Google Developer Groups unfolded DevFest 2023, under the patronage of Dr. Sameru Sharma, Principal, GCET, Jammu. The event aims to propel technology education, inspire innovation, and forge invaluable connections between students and industry professionals. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of students from various colleges and universities across the UT, eager to engage in the eight insightful sessions planned for the day. These sessions, led by distinguished speakers, promise to cover a spectrum of cutting-edge topics.
Various speakers from renowned industry backgrounds shared their expertise, contributing to the diverse learning experience for attendees. The prominent speakers who shared their experience include Adit Lal (Google Developer Expert for Android, Architect @ Viacom 18 – JioCinema), Anubhav Singh (Google Developer Expert for Cloud, Co-founder @Dynopii), Avinash Bhat (RnD @ Mercedes Benz Research and Development), Guneet Singh (Senior Test Engineer @ GlobalLogic), Inica Anand (Software Engineer @ Oracle ), Rhythm Rajiv Bhatia (WTM Ambassador, Founder & CEO @ Cognozire), Tanvy Bhola (Software Engineer @ Microsoft), Vaibhav Malpani (Google Developer Expert for Cloud, Technical Lead @ Incedo Inc.), Vrijraj Singh (Google Developer Expert for Web & Firebase, Tech Lead @ agprop), Abhinandan Trilokia (Organizer GDG Jammu), Atul Sharma (Co-Organizer GDG Jammu, ServiceNow developer @ Infosys).
