DFSS celebrates Supreme Court’s verdict on Article 370

The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena, led by President Mr. Ashok Gupta, organized a massive celebration in Jammu city following the final verdict of the Apex court regarding the abrogated Article 370.
There was a huge celebration with drums beating, sweets being distributed, and trumpets blown, marking the symbolic end of Article 370 & Article 35.
The Constitution bench of the Supreme Court, comprising Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, BR Gavai, and Surya Kant, pronounced its verdict on a batch of petitions challenging the abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir into two Union territories. The judgment was delivered after 16 days of arguments, with the court reserving its decision on September 5. Expressing happiness, a participant stated, “It’s a historic day…I see the abrogation of Article 370 as an opportunity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir to move forward towards a progressive, educated life. There has been an atmosphere of happiness for the last 4 years after its removal.”
The people of Bharat (India) are overwhelmed by the Supreme Court’s judgment upholding the decision of the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35 A of the Constitution. It is seen as a victory for nationalist aspirations and the complete integration of Jammu and Kashmir with Bharat.
The party president emphasized that the government should now focus on bringing heavy industries and tourism to Jammu, as the region faced the maximum brunt during the phase of Article 370.
He declared, “Today will go down in the history of India when a Himalayan constitutional blunder of the past with gigantic proportions is ultimately corrected by the Government. The highest court of the country, the most powerful court in the world, has stood by the constitutional values and has secured to all residents of Jammu and Kashmir their legitimate rights which they were deprived of since independence while taking care of democratic elections also.”
Various party members, including Abhishek, Ram, Ashish, Bantu, Kalu, Prem, Rahul, Akshay, Kishore, Raju, Ganesh, and others, were present at the time of the celebration.
