Mohan Lal, a hardworking and resilient individual from Village Borthain, Block Barnoti in Kathua had seen his fair share of struggles. One of the biggest challenges that he and his fellow villagers faced was the lack of proper sanitation facilities.
For years, the villagers had to cope with the inconvenience and unhygienic conditions due to the absence of toilets in their homes.
