The Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) Kishtwar today disbursed financial claim of Rs. 17,561,795 to support the dependants of seven deceased workers affiliated with MS JP Associates of the Pakal Dul HEP project in Kishtwar.
These unfortunate individuals lost their lives in a tragic accident at Dangduroo Dachhan a few months ago.
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav in presence of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Kishtwar Mohd Idrees Lone, Labour Inspector Sunil Kumar and representative from JP Associates, the office ceremoniously handed over the invoice amount of Rs. 17,561,795 to the dependants at the office chamber of DC Kishtwar.
The Assistant Labour Commissioner’s office continues to prioritize the swift resolution of labor-related issues and stands as a beacon for addressing the grievances of workers and their dependants.
