Srinagar, June 22: A constable of the Jammu & Kashmir Police died ‘due to a massive cardiac arrest’ on Thursday at district police lines(DPL), Bandipora.
Officials said Aijaz Ahmad Tantray, a resident of Athwatoo Bandipora, was engaged in his routine morning exercise at DPL, when he suddenly collapsed.
He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
DySp Headquarters Shafat Mohammad confirmed the incident to Media.
