Israel Ambassador To India Naor Gilon inaugurating the drip irrigation system at children’s park in India Gate on World Water Israel Ambassador to India Naor Gilon on Wednesday inaugurated the Drip irrigation system at Children’s Park in India Gate to conserve water in honour of ‘World Water Day.’ The Ambassador said that they hope to take this method of water saving to all the gardens soon.
“We hope to take this method of drip irrigation in all gardens soon. This is an ongoing project and it will get only bigger. This is one of the best ways to save water. It was invented in Israel. Israel is a world leader in water management. Israel reuses 90% of its water for agriculture,” Gilon said.
