Jammu, May 24: Special Judge CBI cases Jammu R K Wattal today rejected the bail applications of Devinder Sharma and Rajinder Kumar officials of Agriculture Department who was caught red-handed by the CBI while accepting bribe money.
According to the CBI that a Plant Protection Officer (PPO) and Field Assistant were arrested in a bribery case and a case was registered on a complaint against the accused on the allegations of demanding bribe of Rs. 15,000.
Court dismissed the bail applications.
