Gandhi Nagar Police booked a youth for raping a minor girl.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man hailing from Ramnagar with Police Station Gandhi Nagar stating that a youth identified as Deepak Kumar, son of Parath, a resident of Behrich Uttar Pradesh entered into his rented accommodation at Nanak Nagar and raped her minor daughter. After committing the offence, the accused fled away from the spot.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 54/2022 under section 452 and 376 IPC 3/4 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and hunt has been launched to nab the accused.
