POONCH: Jammu and Kashmir Police has booked a Pakistan-occupied-Jammu and Kashmir national, who had crossed over illegally into the Indian Territory from the Line of Control in Poonch district.
The Army on Friday captured a teenager on the Line of Control along the LoC, who infiltrated on this side. “After questioning, he was handed over to the police on Sunday,” said an official. He said that a case under section 2/3 of E&IMCO has been registered against him on Monday at Police Station Poonch for illegally entering into this side.
“The boy is a juvenile and further investigations and other legal formalities are in progress,” said a senior police officer.
