Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the soldiers at a program organized in Srinagar on Police Martyrdom Day. Speaking on occasion, he said that those involved in killing civilians and minorities would have to pay a heavy price. The LG said that till we do not root out terrorism from the soil of Jammu and Kashmir, we will not sit in peace.
He said that those who hurt peace and communal harmony would get a befitting reply in this program. The LG said that the Jammu and Kashmir Police is fighting on several fronts to maintain peace in the Union Territory. The communal atmosphere of the Union Territory will not be allowed to suffer. He said that technology is being upgraded to fight crimes.
