After killing innocent civilians in Kashmir, now Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI has hatched a big conspiracy. Apart from power projects in the areas adjoining the Line of Control (LoC), some critical installations target terrorists. For this, Pakistan’s intelligence agency has prepared a terrorist squad named Harkat ‘313 Brigade’.
Meanwhile, the administration has reportedly suspended internet service in 11 Srinagar and south Kashmir’s Kulgam and Pulwama as a precautionary measure. This is because a special operation of security forces is going on in these areas on a large scale.
Sources said that the central intelligence agencies had detected the plans of the terrorists through their system. As the first episode of this, civilian killings have been carried out through terrorists operating in Kashmir. A cadre of Lashkar’s Hit Squad TRF, IS, and other terrorist organizations have been used for these incidents.
There are orders to target terrorist organizations in the plaintiffs, Panchayat representatives, senior leaders associated with mainstream politics. Sources said the ISI had hatched a conspiracy to target three crucial power generation projects in Gurez, the Uri sector along the LoC in north Kashmir, and some critical installations. To implement this, that action will use the terrorists of the 313 Brigade. It is being told that a squad of terrorists of ISI 313 Brigade has been prepared to infiltrate a launching pad on the LoC.
Terrorists are also under constant pressure to target the road runway on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway near Anantnag in South Kashmir. Its responsibility has been assigned to foreign terrorists operating in South Kashmir. The burden of arranging the necessary equipment for this has been entrusted to Hizbul Mujahideen.
The officials concerned said that the police and other security agencies have reviewed the security arrangements in the plaintiffs and made them more tight-lipped. Security of critical installations has been increased. A new review has been brought about the security arrangements of hydroelectric projects located in the Uri and Gurez sectors. Security has also been beefed up for military installations and important government buildings.
The administration has suspended mobile internet services in around 11 Srinagar, Pulwama, and Kulgam until further orders. Search operations are being conducted in all these areas. Security forces have come to know from their system that terrorists are hiding in these areas. Mobile internet services were reportedly suspended in Litter in Pulwama district and Vanpoh and Koyamu in Kulgam district in south Kashmir.
