The raid was carried out against terrorist organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) and their allies Al Badr, The Resistance Front (TRF), People Against Fascist Forces (PAFF). , Mujahideen Gajwatul Hind (MGH) etc., to unearth the conspiracy to carry out various terrorist activities. According to sources, a new case was registered on October 10, following which raids were conducted by the NIA.

Security has been tightened because of the target killings in the Kashmir Valley this month. Meanwhile, more than 500 youths have been detained across Kashmir to arrest the terrorists involved in the attack. They are being interrogated.
