JAMMU: A woman on Thursday jumped into River Chenab in Kanhachak area here in the city outskirts. Police said that a woman, identified as Surinder Kaur (38), a resident of Digiana, Jammu, on Wednesday morning jumped into River Chenab.
“Her family members have also reached the spot and the search operation is being carried out to trace the lady,” police added.
They added that the matter is being investigated.
