UDHAMPUR: Due to landslide, there is no vehicular movement on the Ramnagar-Basantgarh-Dudu road, which is lying closed for the last 14 days.
The landslide has occurred at the same area of Gandhtop in Basantgarh Sub-Division where nine houses were damaged in September last year following landslide.
According to Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Indu Kanwal Chib, the land was sinking and nothing could have been done before it would have consolidated.
