The Union Territory Government constituted a committee for overseeing transition of making payment of Court fee in Jammu and Kashmir.
Headed by the Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, the committee shall inter-alia suggest steps for effective rolling out of e-Court regime or any other matter incidental.
Commissioner of Stamps, J&K, one representative each of GAD, Finance Department and the High Court are members of the committee, which may co-opt any other member also.
