JAMMU: Punjab Police has arrested a Jammu resident and recovered 5.765 kg Cocaine from his possession.
SSP Pathankot, Surendra Lamba said a team of Punjab Police headed by SP Pathankot, Prabhjot Singh Virk and comprising ASP Aditya along with In-charge CIA staff SI Surinder Singh while acting on a secret information apprehended one Amit Sudan son of Late Brij Lal of Inder Nagar, Miran Sahib, Jammu in a black car of Creta make bearing number JK-02CM-6600 and recovered Cocaine worth crores in international market from him during a check point at Barth Sahib.
An FIR has been lodged against the accused U/S 21-61-85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar, Pathankot. Police has started investigation.
