SRINAGAR: During an attempt to take a selfie, a 14-year-old girl today slipped to death while her sister sustained grievous injuries at the famous tourist spot Doodhpathri in Budgam district.
Officials said that two siblings Aroohi Mourya, 14 and Anmol, 26, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, were trying to take selfies when they slipped into a nearby water body.
Both the siblings were immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital Khansahib where Aroohi succumbed to her injuries, while Anmol is undergoing treatment at SDH Khansahib where she is stated to be critical.
