A senior lecturer of Govt. Girls Model Higher Secondary School in Samba tested positive for the covid-19 virus on Tuesday. According to reports, the teacher went through a random testing and was found infected with the virus.
The Principal of the School said that the School Administration has written a letter to the Chief Education Officer (CEO) informing about the positive case in the School and its closing.
All the staff of the Higher Secondary School will go through corona testing and the School has been closed till further notice.
As the situations become worse due to rise in the Covid-19 cases, it is advised to wear masks, maintain social distancing and follow all other pandemic guidelines by the Administration.
