JAMMU: Cycling Association of Jammu and Kashmir conducted screening test for 25th National (Senior, Junior, and Sub Junior) Road Cycling Championship which is going to be held at Navi Mumbai from March 5 to 8.
The screening was conducted at New Indoor Sports Complex, M.A. Stadium today in presence of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, J&K Sports Council, Jammu,Satish Gupta, Manager Indoor Stadium, Ajay Gupta Coach J&K Sports Council, Jammu and Gautam Shukla Computer Operator under the supervision of Ravinder Singh, president CAJK, Sarwant Singh Gill, general secretary, CAJK, Ravi Salgotra – treasurer CAJK and Om Parkash Sharma-associate secretary (CAJK).
Cyclists selected for the Championship included Harsh Singh, Mohmiss Ismail, Adil Altaf, Akash Sharma, Mir Bhajat Nawaz, Bazir Ahmad, Mohd. Umar Taili, Mujtaba Ahmad, Mashooq Maqbool, Parwez, Mohd. Saleem, Zamin Hassan, Danish Ali, Waheed Ahmed and AdilTeli.
