JAMMU: The Central Government released list of 34 private hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir which have been authorized for COVID-19 vaccination at the rate of Rs 250 per dose while in the Government sector over 1100 Government hospitals up to the level of Primary Health Centres (PHC) have been activated for second phase of inoculation which will cover the people above 60 years of age and 45 years plus with co-morbidities. The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has also identified 20 co-morbidities for getting COVID jab for the people between 45-59 years of age while all people above 60 can register themselves for vaccination in second phase of the drive. However, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to keep vaccine registration open for healthcare and frontline workers, who were covered in the Phase-I for one more week as some of them have been left out.
