RAMBAN: At least 4 shops were gutted in a fire incident that occurred late Friday night in village Gandri.
According to the reports, a mysterious fire broke out at about 10 pm in one of the shops in Gandri village, about 15 kilometres from Ramban town. Soon, the fire spread in nearby shops. Locals launched rescued operation and informed the police as well as Fire and Emergency Services Department. Till the fire tenders reach the site of fire, at least 4 shops were completely gutted in the fire. The fire fighting operation was on till the last reports came in but the cause of the fire could not be ascertained.
According to the sources, no loss of life or injury was reported in the fire.
