JAMMU: A 25-years old bike-borne youth was killed while other got injured in an SUV-bike collision outside Jammu Darbar restaurant in Channi Himmat area on Sunday night.
As per details, a SUV (Tata Harrier) without registration number and Pulsar motorcycle (JK02CK/0253) collided on National Highway near Jammu Darbar, causing fatal injuries to two bike-borne youth. The duo was shifted to GMC Jammu where doctors declared one of them as brought dead who was identified as 25 years old Omkar Mehta, son of Hari Om Mehta, resident of Nai Basti, Jammu.
The injured namely Suraj (23), son of Mohan Lal, resident of Bhadarwah, at present staying at Dogra Hall Jammu is under treatment. Police has taken cognizance in the matter.
