Jammu Municipal Corporation today evicted a municipal flat here at Rehari Mohalla.
On the instructions of Commissioner, JMC, Avny Lavasa, and under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner (R), JMC, Sudhir Bali, a team of Jammu Municipal Corporation took the possession of the municipal flat, which was illegally occupied by a Retired Revenue Officer of JMC. The illegal occupant was served several notices to evict the municipal flat but despite lapse of stipulated time period, he failed to vacate the said flat.
Further, Jammu Municipal Corporation has appealed all those having illegally occupied the residential accommodations of JMC to vacate the same to avoid forceful eviction.
