A talk on Career opportunities in India Armed Forces was conducted at village Mastandhara in Poonch district by Indian Army. It was aimed to motivate youth for making a career in Armed Forces. They were given an insight as to how by joining Army, they can transform not only their own lives but overall contribute for development and well being of society. In depth knowledge was imparted on all types of entries and the qualifications required for them to include educational qualifications, physical standards and complete selection methodology. The gathering was also guided about the process of joining army as commissioned officers. The initiative motivated the youth to join Indian Armed Forces and was widely appreciated. A total No of 20 youth including women attended the lecture.
