The administration has released another list of land encroachers which include the names of ‘Sahib Bandgi Ashram’ and National Conference leader Mirza Abdul Rashid. Sahib Bandgi Ashram has encroached 86 kanals State land other than Roshni at Deeli in Jammu South while National Conference leader and former MLA Mirza Abdul Rashid has grabbed two kanals State land at Sunjwan. Property dealers Bittu Sharma and Baldev Raj Sharma have encroached three kanals land at Sunjwan and were using it for commercial purposes while Ghulam Rasool, a businessman is in possession of one kanal State land at Channi Rama, where he has constructed residential/commercial establishment.
