4 Commissions repealed in JK

Union Government has repealed four commissions in Jammu and Kashmir in new domicile provisions. As per the notification issued by the Union Home Ministry, State Vigilance Commission Act, 2011, Jammu and Kashmir State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1997, Jammu and Kashmir State Finance Commission Act, 2006, and Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978 repealed as a whole. Meanwhile, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act has also been repealed for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir because Ladakh became a separate UT.
