Ayush Doctors Association on Friday stressed public to maintain personal hygiene and hand washing to combat COVID 19 infection. In a statement issued here, the association said people to observe necessary precautions including personal hygiene, frequent hand washing with soap, covering mouth during coughing and sneezing, avoiding contact with people showing symptoms of flu to combat the infection from spreading. The statement also cautioned people to avoid undercooked meat and wearing of masks in case of flu symptoms.
