A wreath laying ceremony was held at District Police Lines Baramulla to pay homage to martyr Bilal Ahmad, who lost his life in an encounter with terrorists at Gani Hamam area of Baramulla today. Civil & Police Officers led by DGP J&K Police Dilbagh Singh-IPS, IGP Kashmir S P Pani -IPS, DIG North Kashmir Range Mohammad Suleman Choudhary-IPS, DC Baramulla laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains & paid rich tributes to the martyr for the supreme sacrifice made in the line of duty.
