Srinagar Municipal Corporation today said that the Corporation has lifted 1576 metric tons of garbage in 620 trips from the garbage collection points across the Srinagar city from August 05 to August 14, 2019. In a statement, SMC said that the men and machinery of the Corporation are on job and are clearing the waste and litter from the city on war footing. “A good number of dewatering stations/mobile pumps are being operated into action where water logging is being noticed,” the statement added.
