Two persons were found dead in south Kashmir’s Anantnag town on Wednesday afternoon. A police official said the bodies of two men were lying inside a graveyard at Malakhnag area of the town. He said the police took the bodies in its possession immediately after being spotted. The official identified the deceased as Sahil Shafi Sofi son of Mohammad Shafi of Malakhnag, Anantnag and Bipin of Kishtawar. He said the bodies were sent to district hospital Anantnag for the medico-legal formalities. The official said that police had registered a case and taken up the investigations. He, however, said that the exact cause of the death could not be immediately known. “It will be ascertained once we receive the autopsy report”, the official added.
