CBSE hosts Capacity Building Workshop for English Teachers at Rich Harvest School

A two-day Capacity Building Workshop for English language and literature teachers was organized by CBSE at Rich Harvest School on 17th and 18th October. The workshop, led by renowned CBSE Resource Persons, Ms. Richa Sharma and Ms. Supreet Kaur, aimed to enhance the teaching skills and pedagogical expertise of English teachers from various CBSE-affiliated schools.
The workshop commenced with a warm welcome extended to the resource persons by the Head of the Institute, Ms. Anita Bhatia, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and staying updated with curriculum developments. She encouraged the participating teachers to make the most of this opportunity to refine their skills.
A total of 45 English teachers from 20 different CBSE schools attended the workshop. Speaking on the occasion, the Managing Director of Rich Harvest School, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, urged the participants to actively engage in the sessions and apply the knowledge gained to enhance their teaching methodologies. Throughout the workshop, the resource persons shared innovative teaching strategies, focusing on empowering teachers with effective pedagogical skills. The sessions included interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and practical exercises, which helped in creating an engaging and insightful learning environment.
The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Vice Principal, Mr. Ajay Sharma, who appreciated the resource persons and participants for their enthusiastic participation and commitment to improving educational standards.
