Only NC capable of fulfilling aspirations of all sections of society: Sunil Verma

Sunil Verma, District President of J&K National Conference (NC), along with Ch Abdul Rashid, District Secretary JKNC, and Ch Irshad Ali, Block Secretary JKNC ST Cell Udhampur, visited the Lower Malhar Panchayat. The senior NC leaders interacted with the local community and discussed their issues being faced by them.
The meeting was organized by the local leader of the NC Panchayat Malhar, where residents voiced several issues faced by the people in the absence of basic amenities. Sunil Verma assured them that their concerns would be taken up with the relevant authorities for early redressal.
In an effort to tackle a specific issue, Sunil Verma immediately contacted the Superintendent Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD) and highlighted the urgent need to construct a road from Phat Ladhyala to Malunghat Bain Ward No 4, near Gulam Rasool’s house in Lower Malad. While interacting with the residents of Lower Malhar Panchayat, Sunil Verma emphasized the Party’s commitment to equitable development by fulfilling the aspirations of all sections of society. He stressed that only National Conference has the vision and policies to bring about inclusive and sustainable growth that benefits everyone. As part of his visit, the District President also announced the constitution of the Panchayat Committee. The nominated members include Ch Gulam Rasool as President, Farooq Mohd as Secretary, Janait Ali and Latif Mohd as Vice Presidents, Fareed Mohd as Joint Secretary, and Naith Ali, Abdul Kareem Kasana, Hazi Moosa, Mushtaq Bakkerwal, and Gaffor Mohd as Members of the Panchayat Committee.
Recognizing the importance of a strong political foundation, he encouraged the newly nominated members to actively engage with the local community, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the party’s ideologies and initiatives. By fostering a strong and loyal support base, he aimed to ensure the continued progress and success of the National Conference in serving the interests and aspirations of all sections of society.
