The founder of Jammu and Kashmir Panthers Party, Prof. Bhim Singh, has lodged a complaint with the police against the former minister and chairman of his party Harsh Dev Singh and his supporter Gagan Pratap Singh.
Pro. Bhim Singh has accused both of harassing and threatening. Prof Singh has submitted the complaint in writing to the Senior Superintendent of Police.
He has written in the complaint that he has been harassed and threatened many times by former ministers Harsh Dev Singh and Gagan Pratap Singh. Prof Bhim Singh has demanded the police take action in this matter.
