IGP Crime J&K and IGP Jammu Zone has ordered promotion of 5 Head Constables (HCs) and 137 Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASIs) respectively. Manish Kishore Sinha, IGP Crime J&K constituted a Departmental Promotion Committee and on its recommendation promoted five photographers HCs to the rank of ASIs. IGP Crime Branch J&K has congratulated the newly promoted HC (P) Suresh Kumar, HC (P) Subash Chander, HC (P) Ashwani Kumar, HC (P) Ram Lal and HC (P) Shashi Paul. Head of Crime Branch J&K also extended congratulations to their families. SSP Crime Branch Jammu has felicitated all Jammu based promotee officers. Meanwhile, IGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh issued promotion order in respect of 137 ASIs to the rank of SIs. While congratulating the promoted police personnel and their families, IGP Jammu Zone, lauded the efforts of these officers in earning their due promotion well in time and further expressed hope that they shall rededicate themselves towards their work with more zeal and enthusiasm to make the department proud.
