No solar eclipse on August 2: Mahamandleshwar Anoop Giri Maharaj

Mahamandleshwar Anoop Giri Maharaj from the ancient Shiv Temple in Bishnah has clarified that there will be no solar eclipse on August 2 in India. He stated that all temples across the country will remain open as usual, and people can verify this themselves.
Some TV channels are spreading rumors about a solar eclipse on August 2. Mahamandleshwar Anoop Giri Maharaj clarified that solar eclipses occur on new moon days (Amavasya), and lunar eclipses occur on full moon days (Purnima). Since August 2 does not coincide with either of these lunar phases, there will be no eclipse.
Mahamandleshwar Anoop Giri Maharaj further stated that in 2025, there will be only one eclipse in India, which will be a total lunar eclipse on the night of September 7-8.
He urged people not to believe in baseless rumors spread by some TV channels for cheap popularity.The Mahamandleshwar requested the public not to pay attention to such rumors and not to be fearful. He emphasized that there is no need for any precautions or rituals unless the eclipse is visible from India. Since the eclipse on September 7-8 will occur at midnight, it is essential for people to be aware of the facts and not fall prey to misinformation.
The Mahamandleshwar reiterated that there will be no solar eclipse on August 2 in India. The only eclipse in 2025 will be a total lunar eclipse on the night of September 7-8. People are advised to verify information through credible sources and avoid spreading or believing in rumors.
