Resolves issues of Tempo Traveller Owners

In a proactive effort to address local grievances, MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta today met with a delegation of the Tempo Traveller Owner Union to discuss the challenges being faced by the union members.
The delegation, led by Union President Kali Dass Verma, highlighted a pressing issue regarding hurdles created by some other transporters. He informed the MLA that their tempo travellers were not being allowed to park or operate from BC Road, leading to significant inconvenience and financial losses for the tempo traveller operators.
The delegation included Shamsher Singh, Chairman; Darshan Kumar Verma, General Secretary; and Karan Dev Sharma, a union member. They urged the MLA to intervene and provide a resolution to their longstanding problem.
Taking immediate cognizance of the issue, Arvind Gupta took the matter with concerned authorities and facilitated a resolution. He assured the visiting delegation of his unwavering support and emphasized that the BJP is committed to addressing public concerns and ensuring justice for all.
“The BJP remains dedicated to resolving the grievances of every citizen and enhancing their livelihood opportunities.
I am glad to have resolved this issue, and I will continue to work towards the welfare of the people,” he added.
The Tempo Traveller Owner Union expressed their gratitude to the MLA for his prompt action and commitment to their cause. This intervention marks another step in strengthening public confidence in the leadership’s ability to tackle grassroots issues effectively.
