200 students awarded with Diploma certificates

The 3rd Annual Convocation day was on Tuesday celebrated at Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Shopian.
The event brought together students, parents, faculty and esteemed guests to celebrate the accomplishments of talented technicians.
The Convocation Day event featured a series of highlights, including a welcome address by Superintendent ITI Shopian, who congratulated the pass-out trainees and encouraged them to pursue their dreams with determination and enthusiasm.
He further highlighted that the ITI Shopian has the distinction of securing first position in the All India Trade test in horticulture trade.
The ceremony was attended by Sayeem Rafiq Wani District Officer JKEDI and Aishaq Ayub, Counselling Officer District Employment Department Shopian whose insightful address inspired technicians about entrepreneurship as career option as they embarked on their professional journeys.
On the occasion, diplomas and certificates were distributed among 200 pass out students who acquired skills in ten trades at ITI Shopian. Each student was recognized for dedication, hard work, and achievements during their time at the institute.
The program also included heart-warming success stories and testimonials from some of the pass outs, highlighting the transformative impact of their training at ITI Shopian. These stories served as a source of inspiration to their peers and underlined the institute’s commitment to empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their chosen careers.
