Dogra Higher Secondary School organized a special cultural program on the auspicious occasion of Navratras at the historic Lakshmi Narayan Mandir. The evening event was filled with devotion and energy as students showcased their talent in a variety of performances.
A highlight of the event was a vibrant Garba group dance, where students came together to celebrate the spirit of Navratri with synchronized movements and traditional attire. The rhythmic beats of the Garba echoed throughout the temple grounds, captivating the audience with its festive charm.
In addition to the group performance, there was a soul-stirring solo bhajan that added a spiritual essence to the evening. The melodious rendition left the attendees spellbound, evoking deep devotion and reverence for the goddess Durga. The evening also witnessed an inspiring speech by the esteemed Chairman, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak, who emphasized the importance of cultural traditions and festivals in shaping the values of young minds. He lauded the efforts of the students and teachers in organizing the event and encouraged the youth to uphold the rich cultural heritage of the country.
Medals were given to the performers by the Chairman to honor their efforts and dedication in making the event a success.
